Role Overview

Sheshi is seeking a skilled Technical Lead to drive the frontend of our fast-growing SaaS platform. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop high-performance, scalable UI components that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and Implement Frontend Solutions: Craft highly efficient, maintainable, and modular components that ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize performance to guarantee a lightweight and responsive platform under high traffic conditions.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to best practices in frontend development, with comprehensive unit tests for all functionalities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver features that delight users.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team to continuously improve the product and development processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks in the platform.
  • Code Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise to raise the technical bar within the team.
