Senior Investment Leader Position

As a seasoned wealth management professional, you will lead our team in providing personalized investment advice to clients and managing their portfolios to help them achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their investment goals and risk tolerance.
  • Provide tailored investment recommendations based on individual client needs and circumstances.
  • Manage clients' investment portfolios and monitor performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with their goals and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and news, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a wealth manager in the stock broking industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining a client base and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client and colleague relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex investment issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) preferred.
