- Qualifies leads by assessing customer needs and offering suitable insurance products.
- Explains policy details, terms, and coverage options in a clear and concise manner.
- Follows up with prospects and existing clients to ensure timely conversion and renewals.
- Achieves sales targets by converting leads into successful sales and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, calls, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensures compliance with company guidelines, processes, and customer service standards.
- Upsells and cross-sells additional health insurance products to customers.
- Assists customers with policy claims and provides necessary support during the claim process.
- Provides after-sales support to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with their insurance plans.
