  • Follows up with prospects and existing clients to ensure timely conversion and renewals.
  • Achieves sales targets by converting leads into successful sales and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, calls, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Ensures compliance with company guidelines, processes, and customer service standards.
  • Upsells and cross-sells additional health insurance products to customers.
  • Assists customers with policy claims and provides necessary support during the claim process.
  • Provides after-sales support to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with their insurance plans.
