Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy high-quality machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient model deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning into business processes
- Monitor and optimize model performance, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in MLOps
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in ML Ops, DevOps, or related roles
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in automation scripting and tool building
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization/orchestration tools
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their ML services
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production-level issues
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Kubeflow
- Familiarity with model explainability tools and techniques
- Knowledge of data engineering practices, including ETL and data pipelines
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana
