Intensive Care Nurse Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Intensive Care Nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to our growing clinical team.

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Set up IV lines with precision and accuracy to minimize pain for patients.
  • Administer IV infusions, regenerative injectables, and supportive therapies according to established protocols.
  • Monitor patient vitals during treatments and provide immediate intervention if necessary.
  • Provide a calm and reassuring experience for all patients.
ICU/High Dependency Skills
  • Manage patients with critical parameters confidently and effectively.
  • Provide post-procedure monitoring and be prepared for emergencies with ICU-level readiness.
  • Operate patient monitoring systems and escalate concerns promptly to physicians.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate patient charts, infusion logs, and medication records in electronic medical records systems.
  • Adhere to strict infection control, patient safety, and compliant nursing protocols.
Required Qualifications
  • GNM/B.Sc Nursing degree with valid Nursing Council registration.
  • 5-10 years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in ICU/critical care.
  • Experience in pediatric or geriatric patient care is preferred.
  • Proficiency in IV cannulation and infusion therapy setup is essential.
  • Familiarity with patient monitoring, oxygen therapy, and emergency protocols is required.
