Job Title: Cloud Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Specialist to join our Pluang Engineering team based out of Gurgaon. Pluang provides users with the opportunity to invest in a diverse range of financial products, including Gold, Cryptocurrencies, Indonesian Stocks, US Stocks, Mutual Funds, and other investment options.

As a Cloud Security Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our cloud-based infrastructure. This will involve working closely with our software engineering team to ensure that our applications and infrastructure are secure from potential threats. You will also be responsible for maintaining a vulnerability management program and conducting regular security assessments to identify potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the software engineering team to define application and infrastructure requirements from a security perspective
  • Participate in architecture discussions to recommend security best practices
  • Maintain a vulnerability management program and conduct regular security assessments
  • Design and develop solutions for automating security processes
  • Design and implement solutions around perimeter security, application security, cloud security, threat detection, and response
  • Support compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Work with third parties and partners to enhance information security governance, compliance, and projects

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
  • Experience working with threat detection tools and cloud-based security controls
  • Experience with modern cloud-based microservice architectures and security controls
  • Experience conducting application security reviews, API design, code reviews, and root cause analysis
