Principal Analog Engineer

This leadership role is responsible for the design and development of power management ICs, including voltage regulators, power converters, and other related components.
- Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ICs into larger systems.
- The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end IC design from specifications to PRA (Pre-Release Approval).
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of engineers through all stages of IC development while handling and mitigating challenges.
- Mentoring junior engineers for upscaling their technical skills.
- Designing complete switching converters and involved IPs like Charge Pumps, Source-Sink LDOs, Oscillators, Temperature Sensor, Current Sense, SAR ADCs, and analog blocks.
- Architecting the IC and breaking down System/Chip-top level requirements into block level specifications.
- Guiding layout development from floor planning till Chip Top completion and verification.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in Analog Circuit Design.
- Solid understanding and design experience of complex analog designs with full ownership.
- Chip design, Verification, Silicon validation, debugs, Qual support, and taking ICs to production.
