We're seeking a skilled Visual Designer who can apply the fundamental principles of design across their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform ideas into clear, intentional visuals rooted in strong design principles.
  • Create and apply brand guidelines across all outputs.
  • Design motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Develop videos leveraging AI as an assistant.
  • Builstemplates and reusable assets for other teams.
  • Design for events and print materials, including trade show booths.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, social media, advertising, and collateral.
  • Work with UX/UI designers on visual elements and mockups.
  • Create case study visuals showcasing product and engineering work.
Qualifications:
  • A solid grasp of the design process and visual fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • A diverse portfolio demonstrating range across brands, products, and motion.
  • The ability to turn loose briefs into clear, usable designs.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Experience creating short-form content with speed and intent.
