About the Role

This senior-level position involves conceptualizing and developing innovative solutions/proposals for clients in the pharmaceutical space. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing proposal response end-to-end, from bid origination to closure. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs and the ability to architect appropriate solutions that map to the company's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling solution narratives with pricing models and delivery frameworks
  • Understand client needs and position the company as the preferred partner
  • Build Points of View (PoVs) and go-to-market collateral tailored to client challenges and market dynamics
  • Contribute to demand generation through thought leadership, vision decks, and strategic content
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in solutioning or strategic consulting
  • Experience in the life sciences industry
  • Proven ability to lead deals and develop solution strategy
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
