Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD professional to fill a critical role in our organization. This position demands technical expertise, knowledge of HR processes, and ability to integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Services.
  • Customize and configure HR workflows, forms, catalog items, and portal experiences.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party HR platforms.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Apply best practices in ServiceNow development and adhere to security and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform, with 3+ years in HRSD module development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Server/Client Scripts, Flow Designer).
  • Familiarity with data protection, access control, and HR compliance requirements.
