Lead the Next Generation of Design

As Head of Design, you will be leading a growing team of 450+ designers across five studios in India. Your goal is to create award-winning work and position these studios on par with those worldwide in terms of craft and quality outcomes.

The following responsibilities will guide your success:

  • Drive design quality, craft, and practice across all studios in India.
  • Evaluate and enhance the overall competency of the team.
  • Evolving our service offering and value propositions for clients.
  • Providing strategic design thought leadership globally.
  • Guiding new business strategy, approach, and concept creation for proposals.
  • Facilitating design-focused sessions and engaging workshops with C-suite clients.
  • Cultivating relationships with clients and assessing performance of senior team members.
  • Working closely with global CXO and regional counterparts to establish best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant industry experience; 7+ years leadership/management experience of teams of 50+ designers.
  • A background in the agency world or running large-scale teams for startups and organizations in-house.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience driving user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers.
  • Mastery in Product Design, Service Design, User Research, demonstrated through outstanding work performed by teams led and directed by you.
  • References from clients, team, and peers about the outcomes achieved and leadership style.
  • Proven experience building aligned connections regionally and globally as a respected leader in the design community.
