Job Description:

This role involves the maintenance and commissioning of Powertrain HiL systems using dSPACE Scalexio. The ideal candidate will have experience with ECU commissioning, as well as proficiency in tools like ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, CANape, and CANoe/CANalyzer.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive communication protocols, including CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and UDS. They will also have knowledge of Vector tools and experience with MATLAB/Simulink model development and integration.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams, possessing excellent troubleshooting and system-level diagnostic skills. Familiarity with fault handling and diagnostics within the E-Drive/Conventional vehicle system is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience with dSPACE Scalexio HiL systems and ECU commissioning
2. Proficiency in dSPACE tools: ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, CANape, CANoe/CANalyzer
3. Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, FlexRay, UDS
4. Knowledge of Vector tools: CANape & CANoe/CANalyzer
5. Experience with MATLAB/Simulink model development and integration
6. Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and resolution
7. Excellent troubleshooting and system-level diagnostic skills
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
9. Familiarity with fault handling and diagnostics within the E-Drive/Conventional vehicle system
10. Strong knowledge of electrical schematics (EPLAN)
11. Experience with test automation tools: Provetech TA, ECU test tool
