We are looking for a Senior Sales Strategist to join our team, responsible for achieving business targets and acquiring new customers through various sales methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annualized new premium (ANP) and case count targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in staff recruitment and disciplinary processes to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Set and communicate sales targets aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain client relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize insights from performance reviews and market research to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry or direct selling agents (DSAs).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business-related field, such as marketing or finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on product releases and market trends.

Estimated Salary: ₹8.5 lakhs - ₹11 lakhs per annum.

The successful candidate will be based in a major metropolitan city in India and will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
