Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing data models, developing integration specifications, and configuring integrations between Workday and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop data mapping specifications and transformation rules to optimize HR analytics.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy.
  • Create and execute data conversion scripts and processes to meet business requirements.
System Integration Expertise
  • Configure integrations between Workday and third-party applications to streamline data exchange.
  • Develop integration specifications and technical designs to ensure seamless integration.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
Technical Configuration & Development
  • Design and implement Snowflake data models optimized for HR analytics to improve reporting capabilities.
  • Create and maintain Snowflake objects (tables, views, stored procedures) to support business intelligence.
  • Develop SQL transformations within Snowflake for reporting requirements to enhance data insights.
Reporting & Analytics Specialist
  • Develop reporting solutions using Snowflake as the data source to provide actionable insights.
  • Create data visualization dashboards connected to Snowflake to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Build self-service reporting capabilities for HR and business users to increase data accessibility.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, data management, or system integration.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday/Greenhouse data conversion, integration, or reporting.
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms to support data warehousing needs.
