Chief Financial Strategist

Job Summary:
">We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee general accounting operations.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, ledger, and reconciliation.">
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.">
- Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.">
- Handle finalization of accounts and coordinate with external auditors.">
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants and support staff.">
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management decision-making.">
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and inventory accounting.">
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of returns.">
- Liaise with banks, statutory bodies, and internal departments for various financial operations.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.">
- CA Inter / MBA Finance / M. Com preferred.">
- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in accounting.">
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliances.">
- Proficiency in accounting software.">
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with reporting tools.">
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.">
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
