We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods at our Gurugram facility.

About the Role:

  • Ensure timely achievement of operational targets through effective management of warehouse activities, including GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put away processes.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels by pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Optimize stock management efficiency by developing expertise in warehouse processes and conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports using Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide insights into warehouse operations and promote data-driven decision making.
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external teams to drive effective communication and cooperation.
  • Manage the generation of E-way bills, Good Receipts, and vendor invoices, adhering to agreements.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar profile with e-commerce or fulfillment center experience.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SAP-like ERP packages is an added advantage.
  • Graduate degree with proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week, meeting business demands.
