Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled data expert to lead large-scale data projects. As a liaison between technical and business teams, you will connect with stakeholders to understand data requirements and facilitate data transformations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, mapping, and transformation, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in SQL and source-to-target mappings (STTM) writing is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data profiling documents to assess quality and identify critical elements.
  • Create data mapping, lineage documents, models, and design documents to facilitate stakeholder understanding of data transformations.
  • Conduct data consolidation, transformation, and standardization from diverse systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale data applications.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in STTM writing.
  • Experience with data consolidation, transformation, and standardization.
  • Knowledge of the Insurance domain, particularly Property and Casualty Insurance (P&C).
