Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Next.js and React.js, with exceptional attention to detail and a perfectionist mindset for UI implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development & Technical Excellence:
    • Build responsive and performant user interfaces using Next.js with pixel-perfect precision
    • Develop reusable components and front-end libraries that scale with our growing product
    • Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code with meticulous attention to detail
    • Integrate frontend components seamlessly with REST APIs
    • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security meet startup standards
    • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain code quality
  • Ownership & Leadership:
    • Take full ownership of assigned features from conception to deployment
    • Proactively identify and solve technical challenges before they impact the team
    • Lead by example in code quality, documentation, and best practices
    • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
    • Drive technical decisions for frontend architecture and tooling choices
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
    • Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback
    • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Contribute to sprint planning and project estimation with accurate timelines
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
    • 1-2 years of professional frontend development experience with demonstrable Next.js expertise
    • Strong proficiency with React.js fundamentals and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
    • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)
    • Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles
    • Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and data fetching patterns
    • Proficiency with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows
    • Experience with frontend build tools and modern development workflows
  • Professional Qualities:
    • Exceptional attention to detail with a perfectionist mindset for UI implementation
