Role Description

We are seeking a skilled frontend developer to create engaging user experiences across our platform, dashboards, landing pages, and new product features.

This role combines development and design responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys shaping both how things look and how they work.

The ideal candidate will have strong React and design/UX skills, with experience in building responsive, pixel-perfect web pages and components.

They will be responsible for translating product and marketing requirements into engaging landing pages and product UI flows.

Collaboration with backend developers is crucial to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.

A solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Responsive Web Pages: Create high-quality, engaging user experiences using React.
  • Translate Requirements: Convert product and marketing needs into compelling landing pages and product UI flows.
  • Collaborate with Backend Developers: Integrate APIs and ensure seamless interactions between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Maintain Design System: Establish and maintain a consistent design language across the platform.
  • Prototype and Test New Patterns: Experiment with innovative UX solutions for FileSpin's services.
  • Optimize Performance and Accessibility: Ensure optimal performance and accessibility across browsers and devices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-6+ Years of Experience: Strong background in frontend development, including React, TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind/Chakra.
  • Strong Portfolio: Showcase design/UI skills by creating polished, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Landing Page Experience: Proven ability to build effective landing pages and marketing sites with A/B testing, SEO basics, and analytics integration.
  • UX Principles: Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG).
  • Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
