Chemical Research Associate II

We are seeking an accomplished Research Scientist to join our team in the area of organic synthesis. This role requires a deep understanding of synthetic chemistry and experience in designing and planning multi-step reactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute complex synthetic routes for target molecules.
- Characterize organic compounds using spectroscopic techniques.
- Perform literature searches using scientific databases.
- Solve challenging synthetic problems and troubleshoot issues that arise during synthesis.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry, or related field.
- Proven track record of research experience in synthetic chemistry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
