At Spandana Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled Eye Care Professional to join our team. This esteemed position comes with an estimated annual salary of $250,000.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive eye care services, including routine examinations, corrective surgeries, and advanced procedures. They will work closely with our medical team to diagnose and treat various eye conditions, as well as manage emergency situations.

  • Providing routine care such as vision testing, prescribing glasses and contact lenses, and conducting health assessments.
  • Performing complex surgical procedures, including cataract removal, corneal repair, and keyhole or laser surgery.
  • Diagnosing and treating eye diseases and injuries, using therapeutic procedures and performing biopsies when necessary.
  • Collaborating with other specialists to develop treatment plans and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A medical degree in ophthalmology from a reputable institution.
  • Successful completion of an internship and residency in ophthalmology.
  • A state license to practice ophthalmology.
  • Expert knowledge of eye anatomy, physiology, and diseases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
