Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled principal analog design engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-performance transistor-level circuits for analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters.
  • Supervise the layout and silicon evaluation of designed circuits.
  • Evaluate silicon on bench and analyze noise and mismatch in transistor-level circuit design.
  • Develop and implement behavioral models and synthesis of digital control blocks.
  • Utilize Cadence schematic capture, virtuoso, Spectre, and HSPICE circuit simulation tools.
  • Design circuits for electromigration and ESD compliance in submicron CMOS processes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in high-performance analog or mixed-signal IC development.
  • Familiarity with high-speed, high-resolution analog-to-digital (ADC) or digital-to-analog (DAC) data converter design techniques.
  • Experience with evaluating silicon on bench and familiarity with standard lab equipment.
  • Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level circuit design.
  • Knowledge of analog and digital behavioral modeling, and/or synthesis of digital control blocks.
  • Familiarity with designing circuits for electromigration and ESD compliance in submicron CMOS process.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MATLAB understanding.
  • Knowledge of layout parasitic extraction tools and layout dependent impairments in advanced CMOS processes.
