Job Description

As a Crypto and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Twitter and Telegram presence. Your role will involve developing and executing growth strategies to scale followers, engagement, and conversions.

You will create high-impact content, engage with crypto influencers, run campaigns, and moderate chats. Additionally, you will grow and manage Telegram groups and channels across projects, drive engagement through contests and shilling campaigns, and sync Telegram campaigns with Twitter for cross-platform amplification.

Furthermore, you will create and manage Telegram bots, integrate them with crypto APIs, and promote token launches, meme coins, DeFi products, and communities.

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Twitter and Telegram communities in Web3/crypto.
  • Deep understanding of crypto culture, including memes, raids, hype cycles, CT influencers, and community psychology.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write short, witty, engaging, and meme-driven content.
  • Technical knowledge of Telegram bot development or ability to manage bot platforms.
  • Familiarity with crypto APIs and integrations.
  • Network of crypto KOLs/influencers is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience with paid campaigns.
