Job Title:

Digital Creative Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Creative Lead to spearhead the development of captivating front-end experiences for our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of website performance and user experience through testing and analytics.
  • Contribution to the creation of style guides and design documentation.
  • Concept and usability testing, with gathering of feedback.
  • Ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following best practices.
  • Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Development and maintenance of design systems and style guides for consistency across digital platforms.
Must-Have Skills:

Front End Web Design (React)

  • Minimum 4-5 years in web design using React.
  • Strong project portfolio demonstrating advanced skills.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs with Figma.
  • Mastery of Figma and other tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
  • Proven track record in designing exceptional websites.

Technical Proficiency

  • Deep knowledge of Next.js, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processing platforms (SASS or LESS).
  • Expertise with responsive design and optimizing for cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as TailwindCSS.

Performance & Optimization

  • Experience with web performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting).
  • Knowledge of Google Page Load guidelines.
  • Hands-on experience with high concurrency applications simultaneous users).
  • Familiarity with audit tools like Google Lighthouse and GTmetrix.

SEO Best Practices

  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices to enhance site rankings and discoverability.
