Scientific Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced scientific graphic designer to create accurate and visually engaging materials that communicate complex scientific ideas to different audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in STEM fields, excellent design skills, and the ability to work closely with researchers, writers, and clients to produce high-quality visual content.

  • Create stunning graphical abstracts that capture the essence of scientific studies
  • Develop storyboards that outline the visual narrative, ensuring alignment with scientific content and client objectives
  • Generate rough sketches to illustrate initial visual concepts, collaborating closely with researchers, writers, and clients to refine and finalize visual representation
Key Qualifications
  • Graduate/PhD degree in STEM fields (Biology/Biotechnology/Medicine/Chemistry/Physics/Engineering)
  • 3-5 years of experience in scientific graphic designing, communicating science and complex research into visually engaging output
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Creating 3D designs in Blender is an added advantage
