Job Title: Financial Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled financial expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in NBFC / Banking and be a Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight over financial reporting and accounting function, ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and IFRS.
  • Preparation of accounting policy, financial statements, and other regulatory reports.
  • Financial planning and analysis of business functions, including branch profitability, product profitability, and productivity measures.
  • Investor and Lenders MIS, providing timely and accurate information for decision-making.
  • Liaison with lenders and investors for due diligence, fostering strong relationships and mitigating risks.
  • System implementation and oversight, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Fund management, making informed decisions to optimize returns and minimize losses.
  • Developing relationships with lenders and investors, securing funding and partnerships.
  • RBI reporting and other regulatory reporting, maintaining compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Handling audits, including RBI, Stat audit, and Internal audit, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
