Are you a seasoned automation testing expert seeking a leadership role to drive quality practices in a global product development lifecycle? If so, this may be the ideal opportunity for you.

As the QA leader, you will own the testing strategy and guide senior and junior QA engineers to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing applications across multiple environments, geographies, and mobile platforms. You will also work closely with product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.

The key responsibilities of this role include defining and leading QA strategy and process frameworks, managing and mentoring a team of QA engineers, and architecting enterprise-level automation solutions using WebdriverIO, TypeScript, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitLab, and npm. Additionally, you will standardize automation frameworks across projects, collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and DevOps to ensure quality is embedded at every stage of the SDLC, and drive CI/CD integration of automation pipelines with GitLab and Jenkins.

Other important responsibilities include leading QA planning, execution, and reporting using Zephyr integrated with JIRA, overseeing test execution across multi-environment setups, establishing test governance, defect triage processes, and release sign-off procedures, driving usage of Kibana logs for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting, and fostering a culture of quality and automation-first mindset.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of QA experience, with at least 6+ years in automation testing and 3+ years in team leadership/management.
  • Deep expertise in WebdriverIO, TypeScript, Cucumber, Jenkins, npm, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Proven experience in setting up and scaling QA automation frameworks for enterprise applications.
  • Strong background in SAP E-commerce back office testing.
  • Proficiency with test management tools (Zephyr) and defect tracking (JIRA).
  • Experience with Kibana logs analysis and production issue triaging.
  • Strong exposure to multi-environment, cross-region, and mobile platform testing.
  • In-depth understanding of Scrum/Agile delivery models and test governance.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create and present QA metrics, dashboards, and quality KPIs for leadership review.
