Job Title

A technical project manager position is available. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading software release projects in an agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan project activities, including developing realistic estimates and metrics.
  • Ensure timely delivery of releases, meeting defined criteria.
  • Collaborate with product owners to groom the product backlog.
  • Track team progress toward milestones, using key performance metrics.
  • Provide regular project status updates and health reports.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project inquiries.
  • Drive cross-functional team activities and deliverables.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in program management of software releases in an agile SW development environment.
  • 6+ years of total software engineering experience with a thorough understanding of software product development.
  • Strong application development experience, ideally with Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or .NET.
  • Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, Chat bots is a plus.
  • Experience in WebServices using REST, SOAP.
  • Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Strong leadership competencies, including strategic thinking, result-driven approach, building high-performance cultures, and inspiring others to perform at higher levels.
  • Experience running projects using agile development principles, with knowledge of industry standard tools and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface and liaise between technical and non-technical audiences, as well as presenting to executive management.
Additional Skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing processes and requirements.
  • More than 3 years of experience as a technical lead.
  • Good hands-on experience in Java/JavaScript programming.
  • Exposure/experience at Architect level.
Education Qualifications
  • Graduate in Engineering OR Masters in Computer Applications.
