  • Identify opportunities to leverage a library of components, fits, and sources to optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Oversee product execution from sketch to delivery, including exploring fabrication alternatives and managing sample processes.
  • Develop, manage, and coach a high-performing vendor team to ensure current and future business needs are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-4 years of proven work experience in Sourcing and Product Development with a leading garment exporter, buying house, brand, and international buying offices.
  • Familiarity with sourcing, vendor management, and relevant categories within the textile industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment to make informed sourcing decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and sustain networking relationships with suppliers.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and interpretation, with a keen eye for detail.
