You will foster a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for all visitors by greeting and welcoming guests with a pleasant demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.

Your roles and responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a pleasant demeanor
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout their stay
  • Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handling phone calls, messages, and inquiries
  • Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents
  • Supporting the service of food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality
  • A pleasant personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across South and West India
