We are seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee our Balance Sheet team in Finance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • MIS and Management Reporting
  • Cordination with internal and external auditors for smooth completion of statutory and regulatory audits
  • Addressing audit observations and implementing corrective measures
  • Ensuring financial reporting aligns with IGAAP, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and Companies Act provisions
  • Supervising and mentoring team members to ensure high standards of performance and accuracy

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of IGAAP, proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems, advanced MS Excel skills, and excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

This role is responsible for driving strategic decision-making through accurate and timely financial information. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Finance team, working closely with senior management to achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; coordinating with auditors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations; developing and implementing financial policies and procedures; analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement; providing guidance and support to team members; and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
