Design Visionary Role

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for crafting innovative visual assets across various mediums. As a skilled designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling designs that effectively communicate client stories and elevate brand identities.

Responsibilities
  • You will conceptualize and design visual materials, including logos, branding elements, social media creatives, websites, packaging, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to ensure design aligns with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms for diverse clients.
  • Creatively solve problems while ensuring designs are practical and executable.
  • Create production-ready files for digital and print outputs.
  • Stay updated on design, marketing, and cultural trends to keep work fresh and relevant.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Able to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.
  • Strong time management skills; able to work on multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital formats (social media, web) and print production.
  • Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design knowledge is a plus.
