Job Title: Lead AI Software Engineer

We are hiring a highly experienced software engineer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to work on challenging projects using Python and software engineering principles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using TensorFlow / PyTorch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud infrastructure and containerization solutions.
  • Lead the development of software applications and ensure data preparation and model lifecycle management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Data Science.

Necessary Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree or demonstrable experience.
  • 8+ years of working experience as a Lead Software Engineer in AI/ML and Data Science.
  • Leadership experience as tech or team lead (2+ Years).
  • Strong knowledge of Python and software engineering principles (5+ Years).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization (5+ Years).
  • Good working knowledge of ML-Ops Principles (3+ Years).

Prioritized Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Theoretical knowledge of AI / Data Science in one or more of the following areas :
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP), Neural Networks.
  • Topic modelling and clustering, Time Series Analysis (TSA), anomaly detection, trend analysis, and forecasting)
