Key Responsibilities Include:

\
  • Provide local insights during design development to support the design team.\
  • Monitor project execution for quality and design fidelity.\
  • Cultivate high client satisfaction through effective coordination.\
  • Assist in design process by providing local support, including knowledge on local aspects, site analysis, research, and data collection.\
  • Ensure quality participation during execution and document design fidelity and quality issues.\
  • Coordinate between client and design team to provide optimal design solutions.\
  • Analyze successes and failures to identify execution issues not captured in drawings.\
  • Grow professionally by achieving personal advancement goals.\
  • Collaborate closely with local and central teams to ensure smooth project deliveries.\
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.\\
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns.\\
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting project successes and areas for improvement.\\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into daily work.\\
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative design solutions.\\
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and objectives.\\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.\
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in design coordination or a related field.\
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\\
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Revit or similar software.\\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.\\
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.\\
  • Fluency in English language.\\
  • Ability to travel to project sites, as required.\\
