At the forefront of innovative technology, we're seeking a visionary Senior/Staff Platform Software Engineer to spearhead our mission-critical back-end SaaS applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance software solutions that drive business growth.

We require someone with exceptional skills in object-oriented programming (OOP), distributed systems, and data modeling. Your expertise in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining core pieces of our Continuous Platform will be invaluable. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery of product features according to business requirements.

  • Create scalable, efficient software for critical business processes
  • Develop cutting-edge features and functionality end-to-end
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and generate new ideas

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in product engineering
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficiency in Kotlin or Java
  • Strong knowledge of Kafka and Spring Boot
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, design, and debugging skills
  • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies
  • Experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
