Cloud Product Implementation Specialist

About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to own and execute HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients.

The ideal candidate will deliver projects with good quality, high value, and great customer satisfaction within project timelines.

As the main Point of Contact during Build, Testing, and Hypercare phases of Highradius Product Implementation, you will have high visibility with regular client interaction.

  • Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products for Fortune 2000 companies across the globe.
  • Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  • Run and execute projects through various phases including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hyper-care.
  • Build rapport with clients and manage them effectively, conducting UAT and support shadow sessions.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.
  • Test end-to-end Process flows, drive adoption by giving hand-on end-user journey training, and validate value outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of professional services experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably from a top reputed university).
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes and Functional Consulting experience.
  • Very good communication, Analytical, problem-solving, presentation, Organizational, and Collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to international clients / projects, BA, Domain Knowledge, Team player.
  • Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) related business process is a plus.
