About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to designing, building, and optimizing infrastructure automation solutions in cloud-based and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Automation & Orchestration:
    • Develop reusable infrastructure as code (IaC) templates using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate provisioning and configuration across public, private, and hybrid clouds.
    • Implement VMware automation with Aria stack and enable policy-as-code to streamline infrastructure management.
    • Manage OpenShift clusters to support containerized environments and deploy scalable applications.
  • Ci/CD Pipelines:
    • Design and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions to integrate automated testing and quality checks for deployments.
    • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to streamline the software development life cycle (SDLC) and ensure seamless deployment of applications.
  • Cloud Platform Management:
    • Deploy and optimize infrastructure on VMware, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Google Cloud, and Nutanix platforms to enhance scalability and performance.
    • Enable multi-cloud and hybrid strategies with Kubernetes and Docker to provide flexibility and choice.
    • Automate solutions on hyperscaler environments to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Implement monitoring, auto-scaling, and self-healing mechanisms to ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
    • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert-level support to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaboration & Documentation:
    • Work closely with DevOps, Operations, and Security teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
    • Maintain detailed documentation and provide team mentorship to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
