Job Title: Automation Tester

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to join our organization.

About the Role:

This position is ideal for someone with 5+ years of testing experience, preferably with knowledge/exposure to PEGA and CCM.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute test cases to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans and completion reports.
  • Utilize POSTMAN for API testing and write test scripts.
  • Design and develop automated tests using C#, maintaining code on GIT.
  • Conduct integration testing, end-to-end regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and provide detailed defect information.
  • Document and manage defects through resolution.
  • Work closely with campaign managers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate agile delivery, planning, and program management for multiple squads.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, trustworthiness, and reliability, ensuring quality and accuracy in work.
