Job Title: Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
">This role is responsible for the development and optimization of numerical control programs and manufacturing processes for aerospace products. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production of high-quality components, adhering to industry standards.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Create numerical control programs using CATIA V5 based on part geometry and programming guidelines.">
- Validate numerical control programs through Vericut Software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.">
- Develop setup sheets for machine operators to facilitate production.">
- Collaborate with aerospace manufacturing engineers on work packages, ensuring clear communication on project requirements and rework.">
- Work with production teams and vendors to enhance manufacturing processes and tooling design.">
- Ensure all numerical control programs and processes comply with safety and quality standards.">
- Participate in the review and validation of tool designs and manufacturing processes.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in NC programming using CATIA or similar software.
">Experience in NC programming for 5-axis CNC machines is essential.
">Knowledge of CATIA V5 and Vericut Software is required; experience in machining is preferred.
">Familiarity with NC program optimization techniques is desirable.
">Technical Skills:
">Proficiency in GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2018) standards for mechanical design.
">Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and materials.
">Ability to create and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
">Skillset:
">Expertise in 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and CAD/CAM design and manufacturing.
">Familiarity with G-code and precision machining capabilities.
">Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
