About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned data professional with strong analytical skills to lead our analytics team. This is a hybrid digital/marketing analytics role that requires expertise in handling digital marketing data, navigating various platforms, and turning insights into meaningful business recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple digital platforms, including web analytics tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, and other MarTech/AdTech data sources such as CRM, ads, surveys, etc.

This role involves translating data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI, indicating a marketing analytics tilt. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing funnels, conversions, and campaign KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain large-scale data processing systems using SQL and BigQuery.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including CRM, ad platforms, surveys, and web analytics tools.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and cross-channel attribution using advanced data queries.
  • Present complex data insights in a clear, actionable format using data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and data engineering teams to drive business decisions.
  • Stay updated with evolving data methodologies and leverage new tools to drive better results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing Analytics: Experience with web analytics tools, common marketing channels, and how their data is tracked.
  • SQL & Data Querying: Proficiency in extracting and manipulating data using SQL, ability to optimize queries, and handle mid-to-large datasets.
  • Multisource Data Wrangling: Comfortable cleaning, merging, and normalizing data from different platforms, addressing outliers and inconsistencies in datasets.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Skilled in creating dashboards and reports, able to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
  • Basic Statistical Methods: Understanding of fundamental statistics, capable of running A/B tests and validating data findings.
  • Marketing Performance Metrics: Knowledge of KPIs like CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV, etc., able to connect these metrics back to broader business objectives.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent at translating data insights into non-technical language, experience working cross-functionally.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset to spot trends and derive strategic recommendations, creative in finding data-driven solutions.
  • Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Willingness to explore new analytical tools and stay updated with MarTech/AdTech trends.
