Job Title: Client Servicing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage top-tier client relationships and lead the execution of strategic digital campaigns.

About This Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Client Servicing Manager/Account Manager who will be responsible for overseeing key client interactions, developing strong partnerships, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for key clients, fostering lasting partnerships that drive results.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strategic Consulting & Brand Stewardship: Provide expert guidance backed by industry trends and insights to help clients achieve their marketing objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor campaign KPIs and performance metrics using advanced tools like Google Analytics and internal dashboards.
  • Revenue Growth & Account Expansion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, introducing new services or retainer scopes to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Be the internal voice of the client, aligning teams and managing expectations across departments to deliver exceptional results.

Skillset Required:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in digital marketing, client relationship management, and team leadership is highly desirable.
