Access Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Access Management Analyst to join our team at Allianz. As an Access Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the secure and efficient management of user access to our IT systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality IT support with a strong focus on customer service, ensuring that requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain user accounts and access rights across all supported platforms, adhering to established control procedures and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as AZT, FCA, PRA, and ISO27001.
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements for handling requests are met, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Understand and comply with company best practice principles of ITIL, applying this knowledge to improve services and processes within the team.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, providing accurate and helpful information to staff and customers alike.
- Must have knowledge of Access Management within the Financial Services sector, with experience of associated Standards, Processes, and Procedures.
- Alternatively, extensive experience in a role with a significant customer services focus, or IT experience in a different role, may be considered.
- A positive attitude and customer-focused approach, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to relate to staff at every level of the company, with good PC/keyboard skills and competence in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Sound knowledge and experience of Access Management principles, and ITIL v3 Foundation certification would be advantageous.
The salary for this position is approximately £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
