Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Strategist. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating annual marketing plans for the firm, supporting and facilitating development and implementation of section business/marketing plans for India.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategizing and executing the company's annual marketing calendar in alignment with business objectives.
  • Cultivating business relationships with alliances, partners, clients, and academic institutions.
  • Defining and consistently communicating the company's desired image and positioning across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enhancing the company's brand position through active participation in events, speaking engagements, networking, lead generation, and thought leadership.
  • Implementing initiatives to create an effective marketing mix (both print and digital) that aligns with the annual marketing plan.
  • Coordinating and implementing various digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Developing, establishing, and maintaining the company's social media presence.
  • Measuring and analyzing the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against predetermined goals such as ROI and KPIs.
  • Developing and overseeing digital marketing campaigns while managing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Enhancing the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of the company website.
  • Staying abreast of new technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing advancements.
  • Organizing and facilitating masterclass sessions, conducting hackathons, and arranging conferences while also serving as an evangelist for the company.

As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • MBA in Marketing from a premier institute (Technical graduate degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Training/educational/IT/media industry experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of creative design and media channels is a must.
  • Understanding technologies and cyber-security market trends will help.
