Job Title: Senior Admissions Counsellor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Admissions Counsellor to join our team. As an integral part of our admissions process, you will serve as the vital link between our potential learners and our Admission Counsellors.

Your primary objective will be to establish meaningful connections with learners, understand their requirements, and effectively arrange Video Counselling (VC) sessions with our Admission Counsellors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors for qualified leads.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth communication between leads and Admission Counsellors to facilitate the enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Edtech-sales experience (Study Abroad is a plus).
  • At least 1 year spent in a single company.
  • Min Graduation required.
  • Previous experience working a 6-day work week.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with an emphasis on fluency in the English language.
  • Ability to persuade learners towards attending the Video Counselling (VC) session to ultimately influence their enrollment decisions.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
