About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to join our team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-performing engineering teams and driving strategic initiatives that deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute technical strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Ensure effective project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Technical Skills:

- Proven experience in managing large-scale software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban hybrid).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
- Hands-on experience with MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
- Proven ability to scale engineering teams, manage technical talent, and drive business growth.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, or microservice/event-driven architectures.
