SAP CS Consultant Job Position

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP CS Consultant to fill a key role in our organization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the SAP CS (Customer Service) module and provide expert-level support and guidance on its implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of extensive experience with the SAP CS module
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Rise on AWS is mandatory
  • Possessing S4 Certification is an added advantage

Essential Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and issue-handling abilities
  • Experience in integrating SAP with non-SAP applications
  • Proficiency in ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Solution Manager etc.
  • Ability to build trust and confidence with clients
  • Excellent communication skills
