Results-Driven Paid Advertising Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Advertising Manager to develop, implement, and monitor paid media strategies across digital platforms.

About the Role:

  • Plan and Execute Paid Campaigns: Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign performance monitoring to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ad Creative Development: Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.
