We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Integrity Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing technical support to clients in the petrochemical industry, with a focus on managing risk-based inspection programs and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the risk-based inspection program for fixed equipment in support of petrochemical facilities.
- Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and asset improvement.
- Lead Inspection/Corrosion Management teams for Oil & Gas upstream/downstream assets.
- Develop innovative solutions to build a differentiation for the organization.
- Conduct integrity assessments and assurance activities, including FFS, Corrosion Evaluations, and Remaining Life Studies.
- Drive and manage teams to execute workflows with Quality at scale.
- Provide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for assigned projects.
- Recruit skilled resources or train internal resources to achieve targets.
- Act as a bridge between customers, sales organizations, and global technical teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Materials or Chemical).
- 5-12 years of experience in oil/gas industry, preferably in refining/petrochemical/LNG/oil & gas sectors.
- Solid knowledge of Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business areas, including Risk Based Inspection methodologies, Fixed Equipment Inspection tasks/procedures, Inspection Optimization, Piping Circuitization/TML development, API Damage Mechanisms of Refinery/Chemicals, In-service inspection of all types of fixed equipment, Knowledge of Materials and Standards, Knowledge of Corrosion & Welding, Knowledge of NDTs, Thickness inspection management and analysis, Corrosion management and analysis, Inspection Plan Development/Optimization.
- Familiarity with software like APM Meridium/Pestra/Credo.
- Ability to lead teams, excellent communication skills, working knowledge of oil and gas plant operations, exposure to Operating Condition Safety, SHE risks, spill/safety incident and equipment failure opportunities, knowledge of various roles and responsibilities of engineers working in the oil and gas field/site, knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance strategy, knowledge of International standards in design, quality, and procedures for approved equipment.
