Mortgage Specialist Role Description

The position involves working as a consultant in mortgage and title insurance solutions, time share property, claims servicing & claims prevention etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet individual key performance metrics related to business processes assigned.
  • Adhere to quality standards under the guidance/supervision of an identified mentor/lead.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration (or equivalent) with 15 years of formal education.

Key Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of Australian Mortgage and Title Insurance Concepts.
  • Ability to understand the basic nature of the domain.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with online business-related websites and tools for searching and collating information.

Ability to process simple, medium, and high complexity tasks following set guidelines/framework while structuring work products.

Maintain compliance to Quality metrics and display FTR culture while processing orders.

Quickly unlearn/learn various tools, processes, and controls to deliver effectively.
