Job Title: Data Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of strategic data across our systems and infrastructure. This encompasses a wide range of critical enterprise-wide information, including pricing, securities, books, financial products, clients, legal entities, accounts, and mandates.

This role requires strong analytical skills to support the Account Opening / Closure and maintenance activity for various regions. The ability to adhere to same day and time bound SLA activities is also crucial.

A successful partnership with stakeholders such as Front Office, Middle Office, Audit, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting is necessary for this position.

Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 0.6 to 6 years of work experience in corporate Banking
  • Setting up of accounts & instruments in Clearvision, Globe, Consensys, GMI, etc.
  • Resolving queries related to commissions and other Static data issues

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the functions performed by underlying systems used in the process, a good level of understanding of Front to back connectivity from a process and system perspective, experience of managing through the regulatory and internal/external audit, and basic knowledge of Banking operations/Financial Products (Fixed income cash & derivatives Financial Products and financial instruments including Futures, Options, Swaps).

Additionally, the candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office/Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), have good communication skills, and be able to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
